Our next destination was Volterra, a quaint Tuscan hill town. Here we took a walking tour around the ancient walled village, where we observed remains of the Etruscan (museum) and Roman (ruins) civilizations and viewed a marble craftsman at work. On On the first night our group enjoyed a local menu, and the next night, we participated in a tasting of Tuscan wines. Favoloso!
